  • If you are experiencing the following issues, please see your building technology representative before contacting IT:

    • no wireless
    • copier is not printing wirelessly from a laptop
    • SmartBoard connection/callibration issues
    • no sound from SmartBoard
    • Chromebook connectivity or app issues
    • problems with specific websites
    • Google suite questions (email, drive, sheets, etc.)
